So I'm a little over a month into being in a state of Ketosis (a result of an extreme low carb diet and a workout routine, your body burns its own fat for energy).

While I'm extremely happy with my progress so far, some days are harder than others. Today. Is. That. Day.

I'm going insane because a pre-Lenten Italian custom in our family is to have Zeppole (an Italian pastry custard-filled puff of goodness).

I may just kill somebody.

This morning I checked my email and my sister sends me a beautiful picture of her Zeppole.

I proceed to cuss her out.

She must have felt bad for me...

Next, I get a text from her that says: "Now here's a sweet worth having" and it linked to this:

My sis is forgiven.

She then messages me that she spent over an hour watching these videos this morning. Lol.

@Monkee Girl - Those lines were hilarious! I *think* he said something to the mom about wrapping her arms "around her man-chocolate." I. Am. Dying.

I was having a crappy morning - this totally made me laugh.

As for my sis, all is forgiven for sending me this (a sweet worth having) - has no carbs, definitely no fat - I'll take that.

PS: Good news - survived without a Zeppole, ended the day under my carb limit, got a good workout in, 2 more lbs down for this week and... no one was killed.
