In the "news and announcements" forum, they had an updated list of the Dining plan participating restaraunts, and the Garden Grill was not on it. Is this the final word on the subject, or could other eateries be added in the future?

The link you provided doesn't actually link to the participating restaurants
But, someone reported that they called and the list has been expanded. As yet, the posted '07 Dining Plan brochure doesn't reflect the changes, so I don't know if Garden Grill has been added or not.

No, but it contains the link which has the participating restaraunts and I didn't see Garden Grill on there.

Actually, under Epcot it is listed as Chip N' Dale's Harvest Feast at the Garden Grill. Trying to make it sound fancier, I guess!
