I miss the breakfast here. Lunch is ok. There is so much good food at EPCOT I'd recommend a different choice. C&D are also at Chef Mickey's and they have much better food.

The food was pretty bad. We ate here 2 years ago as it was the only available restaurant for a CP package. Would rather eat at any CS location at Epcot.

We ate there about 3 years ago. I can't say the food was amazing but it was still nice (and they went out of their way to accommodates my wife's needs). The characters were great and the price was very good too.

Would I go back there? Yes, but it's not high on my list.

C&D have been there every time I've eaten there, but the characters do rotate, and I haven't had breakfast there in quite some time. I couldn't take the dessert bar sitting right there and not being available during breakfast--it was too much.

They've been staples there, but you'd have to talk to reservations or the restaurant directly to see who is current.

I'm glad came up, I have been curious about Garden Grill since i recently found out that Chip and Dale were there(I was really excited the first time I got to take a picture with them at AK.......I was 19). It seems kind of 50-50 on the food, but I'll give it a try.

Do they have a good selection? my girlfriend is kinda picky

My kids loved the Garden Grill. We hadn't been there since my older two were small but we made a return visit the night before my youngest son's birthday. He was wearing his birthday button and he got a cake and a card. The service was great. The server even gave my kids xtra water bottles to take with them and some extra gummy snakes for the birthday boy. My two teenagers didn't like the adult dessert so the server brought them two kids chocolate desserts. The food was good and with the family style platter they was no problem getting seconds of anything. We saw all the characters more than once and my son loved the rotating restaurant.

Once you're away from the main entrance, you can sit at your table at The Garden Grill and try to figure out if you are turning or the wall is turning.
It moves slowly.

The characters come by your table and you get good interaction with them because you are not out in a big open room. They are right there at your individual table.

They only serve dinner at the Garden Grill now.

Unless there is some unforeseen problem, Chip and Dale should be there...the name of the dinner is "Chip and Dale's Harvest Feast". Mickey and Pluto are there as well.

Here you go:

I have no photos of the food, as I'm always too busy eating to take pics of it! :ROFLOL:

I thought the character interaction was great, as you can see below. Pluto played peekaboo with my DD.

Best on property, hands down. Chef Mickey's gets all the glory, but I have not experienced a fraction of the interaction there as I have at Garden Grill. Every time we've been to Garden Grill Pluto and Chip & Dale have stopped by our table a second time. Chip & Dale have sat down in the booth with us and colored on the kids menus. Pluto does all sorts of antics. Mickey is not rushed away after 20 seconds like he is at other character meals. The characters actually play with the kids...and give lots of hugs. I happen to like the food, but the food is not why we go there...we go there for the character experience.

We're going for the first time in March. Some of the early reviews had me worried. But these pictures set my mind at ease. Chip and Dale are always so much fun. This is exactly what I was hoping for. (Hopefully the food is at least edible.)

The food was TOTALLY edible!

Here's the thing if something isn't to your taste (or cold) just ask if there is an alternative dish (we all know they have them for those with special diets). If it's cold, just ask them to warm it up or get you some new stuff.

I don't remember much about the food except we DEVOURED the appetizer, LOVED the dessert and left so full we could hardly walk. :)

We ate there last year, after a 10 year absence. Don't remember being impressed with the food, except for the catfish. What really struck us was how shabby the restaurant was. Our booth sagged - not what I expected from Disney. Also, since there were only two of us in our party, we were in a booth that felt like we were sharing it with the family next to us - quarters were kind of tight.

Character visits, however, were plentiful and that's what it's all about, right? Kids should love it.
