No definate answer yet.... everything from a straight WDSP Crush clone to the Crush ride system (or slight variant) themed to Cars, Monsters, Incredibles....

What will make or break the theme is budget; Crush effects are very easy in the main show building - think Space Mountain but with bubble projections instead of stars. Anything else and you begin to need walls, props, lighting...

How come Meet the Robinsons doesn't get more visibility in the parks. My son loved that movie. Almost his favorite. It was a very close second behind Cars.

My son loved that movie too. I think it would be great to use Meet the Robinsons at Innoventions in Epcot. The movie was all about inventing the future and Disney's current motto of Keep Moving Forward pulled from a Walt quote, which would seem appropriate for that area.

BTW, we saw it first in Digital 3D, and it was unbelieveably sweet! Anybody else see it that way?

Here's a question:....just because I haven't read up on it too much...but...

How for is Pixar Place extending? How many soundstages? and How many attractions(and probably stores) are most likely planned?

It turned into 3 questions, sorry.

I counted and got 10:

- Titanic
- E.T.
- The Da Vinci Code
- Transformers
- Forrest Gump
- The Passion of the Christ
- War of the Worlds
- I Am Legend
- King Kong
- The Day After Tomorrow

The list I used is from Wikipedia and is NOT adjusted for inflation.

Interesting... that's completely different from the list I was told (and, as mentioned above, Transformers has a planned sequels):

Titanic
E.T.
Passion of Christ
Forrest Gump
The Sixth Sense
Independence Day
I Am Legend
Twister

The other trivia question posed was what actor has appeared in the most films out of the top 50 all-time grossing films. The answer, amazingly, is Orlando Bloom (all 3 Pirates movies, all 3 Lord of the Rings movies)

Very interesting.

And, by the way, I didn't count The Sixth Sense because it is distributed by Buena Vista.

My comment was more of a "I wasn't fond of it" type statement with a pinch of "fewer sequels please". I honestly didn't realise it was that successful, I guess it's not such a big hit in the UK.
My sister's house looks like the Cars movie blew up inside it. There are Lightning McQueens everywhere. I'm pretty sure my nephews would enjoy a sequel and an attraction

Matrix Uno not make enough to put Hugo Weaving on that list. He surely has the most $$$ in a span of 26 months with the 2 Matix and 3 LOTR. It's around $150 Mil or so on those 5 domestic.

Surprisingly only the second Matrix movie was in the top 50.

I don't know the actor's name, but he played Count Dooku in Star Wars II and III, he's appeared in 5 of the top 50 since he was in all 3 Lord of the Rings as well. That's a lot of dough in a span of just a few years.

As far as I could tell looking at the list, I didn't notice anyone else turn up more than 4 times.

Anthony Daniels and Kenny Baker were in all 6 Star Wars movies, which I am pretty sure are all on the top 50 box office list.

The road that goes between Soundstage 3(?, the TSM building) and where Prince Caspian is goes back to a whole other road that runs parallel to old Mickey Ave (where Pixar Place is now, I don't know if they gave the street a new name). There are other soundstages back there that I'm sure cound be used to expand Pixar Place, or if they were going to put a D or E ticket it, but rezoned to accommodate a larger structure/attraction.

Just FYI, the costume shop is relocating soon so that building will probably be gutted and torn down or used to house a new attraction. Soon very soon.
