The Main Street Electrical Parade to my knowledge was brought to DCA in order to draw more guests to DCA at night. Once World of Color opens will the MSEP return to its proper home on MS in DL?

I love MEP but I think it belongs in DL besides Spectro aint so shabby, it just needs updates.

As far as I know the parade is returning to DCA this summer. It'd be great to see the parade back at DL.. but personally I feel it should stay at DCA. DL already has Fireworks and Fantasmic as nighttime offerings.
I think the parade was rumored to temporarily return to DL once construction begins on Buena Vista St and Paradise Garden, which would obviously block the parade route.

They just spent a healthy sum in '09 updating, plussing and adding to the Electrical Parade. It turned out great and I haven't seen that parade looking as fresh and crisp as it did for Nightastic '09 (with a return engagement for a few weeks at Christmas).

Obviously, after spending that money, the Electrical Parade isn't going away anytime soon. It will be somewhere in Anaheim for Nightastic '10, but I wonder how they will run the schedules and crowd control since the parade route at DCA runs right by the World of Color viewing park? That could get nutty.

That is why they should move it back to DL where it belongs.

I'm guessing Nightastic is now a set thing for the summers at DL?
I would imagine but it sucks its not year round. Will WOC only be during nightastic?

though i'm sure if they wanted to they could easily tie the show into summer nightastic.
why would summer nightastic run year-round? it's really only a promo that advertises the resort's nighttime offerings during the summer season. some of the shows still run even after nightastic has ended.

If the Opening Date IS pushed backed, you can bet your Mouse Ears that it WILL be this Summer's Nightastic. :lol:

Maybe the the EP will help tell WoC's story...? With the arrival of Tink I guess maybe because Tink's in both shows they'll use her as a connecting factor, like Jiminy Cricket is for Spectro and Wishes or how the The Tapestry Puppets are/were also in Illuminations...?

As I said, it would be nice to see the Electrical Parade back on Main St.. but DL is crowded enough as it is with just fireworks and Fantasmic. Leaving EP at DCA would leave both parks with two big nighttime entertainment offerings. Keeps things balanced.
Besides, the Electrical Parade is A California Classic according to Disney.. so it fits the California theme!
It would also leave no place to escape the crowds in the evenings. :lol:
DLR needs a third park JUST for nighttime entertainment. It's seriously crazy in there after dinnertime, and it's only going to get worse when WOC starts.

That is not what I was asking, I wanted to know if WOC will only run during the summer nighttastic or if it will run year round?
