Future Canada?

Sticking with the food theme for Canada, as someone who visited and LOVED going to Canada (Montreal) for the first time, I personally would love to see a Canadian Maple Delights shop go in.

This is a small chain with about five locations in Canada. It's a shop that serves a delicious array of maple-infused desserts (including the "maple ice pop" that I saw mentioned; maple is served in everything from cupcakes, cakes, cookies, ice cream, coffee, etc. It would be sort of like a Canadian version of Les Halles, but with maple in everything. It was sooooo good that my wife and I visited the store multiple times.

And on the retail side they also sell quite a few products, so they would have both the food sales as well as product sales...I think it would be an awesome fit in Canada at Epcot.

I'm bumping my thread with a new idea that would be great for Canada that I have just seen on Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern! Somewhere in the Canada Pavilion there should be a "Sugar Shake" where you can taste hot maple syrup poured on fresh snow on a stick! I remember having it as a child and think it could be a great experience for all (for a price of course say $2 a stick?).
I had one for free at a shop in Montreal last summer. It was called "Délices Érable et Cie", and I would be very happy if it set up shop in the World Showcase. Canada needs a QS restaurant, or at least a cafe, and this place had everything. It had like 4 different kinds of maple gelato, maple tea (iced and hot), cookies, candies, maple 'caviar', as well as lotions and soaps (and popcorn).

I wouldn't say no to a poutine and seafood QS either.

No, it's a building you can see from the turnpike that was supposed to be an indoor ski slope...the latest was that it is still supposed to be opened when the mall/indoor water park finally opens, but don't hold your breath!
Reminds me of rumors of the future Wonder of Life pavilion!
