Funniest/Funnest WDW Moment

I was holding an outdoor table for my wife and kids at a CS stand at AK last summer. I noticed a women coming towards me carrying a tray loaded with food. I thought all the food she was carrying couldn't have been for her alone and I wondered where the rest of her party was, not having much to think about at the time, holding tables is a very boring affair. She found an empty table, that another family had just vacated very close to the table I was sitting at. She hurried her step balancing this large tray of food, (she was a small woman, about 60ish) trying not to spill the several large beverages on the tray. She plunked the tray on the table, looking very proud of herself, I guess because she was able to manage the task alone, I was amazed myself. She turned and walked away out of sight, which I didn't expect her to do. I looked after her puzzled, and thought, why would you leave a tray of food like that all by itself? I also thought couldn't anyone just walk by and take her fries, since no one was watching besides myself.
I no sooner thought the thought when a huge blackbird, biggest I've ever seen, as big as a hawk, swooped down from the tree above and stood on the table with the defenseless tray of food and stuck its large beak in the container of fries. As I witnessed this, quite suprised into silence with my mouth open in awe, I heard the women returning to her table throwing the napkins that she was holding into the air screaming to beat the band, waving her arms about, "GET AWAY! GET AWAY!" As she got nearer, the bird took to flight with a large beakful of fries. It looked to me to be half the container. The woman looked at me, since I was the closest person to her, if I could read her mind she was thinking ! I returned her look and shrugged my shoulders thinking, what did you expect, this is the AK after all. That bird was big enough to be in an exhibit!

My dad and I had just been on splash mountain and had got soaked so we sat on a bench for a while to dry off in the sun. After about five minutes a young couple sat on the bench next to ours.My dad decided to play a joke on them, he got his hankichief out of his pocket (it was soaking wet) and made a BIG show of 'blowing' his nose so that the couple would look to see who was making the noise. He then proceded to wring out the hankichief in full view of the young couple. The horrified looks on their faces made us laugh for the rest of the day!

Last year, for my Grandmother's 75th birthday, we decided to to take her to WDW. She had never been before, and so we stayed for 4 nights at the Grand Floridian. Anyway, at the end of every day, we would ask her what were her favorite things that she saw that day. And usually she said, 'Oo, yes I liked that!", or "Oh, yes that was fun!" and she thought everything was great.
On our last day, we rode It's A Small World, and when we asked her what she liked most that day she said , "Well, I can say one thing for sure!" And we said, "What?" And she said, "Well I did NOT like that ride with those annoying little MIDGETS!"

My husband and I were waiting for Food Rocks. There was a family with two kids that were running around. One of the boys told his mom he had to go to the bathroom really bad. Well wouldn't you know it, she continued talking to someone that was with them. He went back to her and told her again. She still ignored him. He tries a third time, she grabs his hand and goes 'let's go'...he 'high steps' it out of there while holding the seat of his pants yelling, 'TOO LATE! TOO LATE!'

I still laugh every time I tell the story! :ROFLOL:

OMG! That is so funny! I am sitting at my desk laughing - people are looking at me. :ROFLOL::ROFLOL:

About ten years ago my family was sitting on a cement bench at MK waiting for a parade to start. My dad was standing while the rest of my family was sitting. He turned around to ask us if we were excited when all of a sudden, there was a big bang and the bench shook. We looked around and it was my sister's head! She got excited and fainted. She was fine, which is why is was funny. You wouldn't believe the power of her head on the bench. I thought it was an earthquake

A few years ago I was on Dinosaur, and we got to the part of the ride where the voice is saying, "They're not going to make it!" Well as soon as the meteor impact happens and the vehicle is supposed to be transported back, the ride shut down. We were sitting there in the dark for about two minutes. A guy in our vehicle said, "Well, I guess we didn't make it." It couldn't have been set up any better.

 LOVE IT!!!!!

Telling my sisters bf that Everest was a slow moving train ride, kinda like the one in MK. I wish I had the on-ride picture to show you all. It was great. His face was priceless!!! He doesn't like rollercoasters, drops, anything fast at all. We got him good, but I still feel bad for it to this day. :ROFLOL:

During our vacation he wouldn't step foot on BTMR, SM, Splash...so we had to fib a little to get him on the BEST one!!

We were online for Big Thunder Mountain and it was over cast skies but it looked like it was nothing, well, we get on the inside platform and still it was fine out, we get on the ride and away we go, up , up , up and you know when you are just coming up through that "mountain" and you can see the sky? Well, we saw nothing but a sheet of water and I look at my husband and I say "When did they add water to this ride?" and he was just still looking straight ahead and says "they didn't" and then...... WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOSH!!! We rode the entire BTM ride in a torrential downpour! The rain was just whipping us in the face, everyone was screaming, I mean it was a sheet of water coming from the sky like a hurricane!

Well, we get to the end of the ride and you know how the train goes back inside to the platform? The look on the next riders faces was absolutely PRICELESS! we were all SOAK to our underwear! We just stood up, gestured down to the puddles in the seats and said "Have a nice ride!"

The cast members were hysterical laughing as we all sloshed by them.

That sounds like an awesome way to ride Splash Mountain!

A thread worth bumping.

That actually did happen to us on Splash! When we were on the initial outside part it was a beautiful day. A bit hot, but sunny and cheery. Apparently while we were on the inside part, a storm came over fast. When we came out of the cave after the last lift to be "thrown into the briar patch", there was this great wall of water that we could see as we were climbing the lift. What was really funny is that this was our fist time ever riding, so we thought that it was part of the theming!:ROFLOL:

It wasn't until during/just after the drop we realized that it was a real rainstorm and wasn't part of the theming at all. We laughed all the way back to the unload point, and told the CMs and they thought that was really funny and we all laughed together. I was laughing so hard that a CM had to help me out of the log!
