Several years ago, a local radio station ran a news story that Disney was going to open a domed park in the Rochester, NY area. At the end of the morning show (after it was reported in every news cast every 1/2 hr), they said 'April Fools!'

I'm sure this will get some disagreement here but as time passes and there are no new Potter books or movies (but I'll bet the farm that JK writes one- at least) the pull of this land will diminish as it loses a LOT of it's audience. Not all, but a lot.
