You know what? You have to pick your battles and if some days giving in is the only way to go, so be it...as long as it doesn't become a habit. I always said each kid could pick one thing special and that was it. Every other request that trip was answered with a "no".

Its trial and error, parenthood doesn't come with a guidebook. :lol:
