If by TTA, you mean "Tommorrowland Transit Authority" then that is absolutely not correct. It travels at about 7 mph. I mean, if it were going 35 mph how you possible board it when it is in motion?

Agree, however, with the general sentiment that Space Mtn is slow for a coaster -- the ride's impact is made because of the dark and not being able to predict what is next.
It travels at different speeds throughout. I was a TL Operations CM and Trainer and had access to the attraction's specs. Just after loading and between tunnels it reaches a max speed of 35 mph.

Don't you know, people SAY that this ride has taken longer than any other, so obviously that is more correct than your silly "facts".

This is more a byproduct of trying to ahoot video out in daylight looking into a window.

Walk outside your house and try to shoot video looking into a room darker than the daylight...

You will see it better in person as your eyes iris' function better than a digital sensor and they can boost the light level depending on the time of day in the cottage if it's a problem
Yeah, I realize this but you can also tell from the video some glass is clearer than others. I believe they are actually trying to obstruct the view inside somewhat, it adds to the effect that you are an outsider looking in.

I got the impression when I paused the video and really took a look that the windows might have condensation on them -- you'll see some tell-tale drips and things if you stop the video. Whether that will be a recurring issue is yet to be seen, but I don't think the windows are meant to be quite as foggy as they were in that video.

I think the original complaint is that where the back car stops isn't in front of a window at all.

There appear to be two sections to the cottage. In the video the windows in the first section appear to be fogged up, can't really tell if you are supposed to be able to see something through those. If there was something behind those windows it would solve the problem of the back cars not being able to see the scene.

I just went back and watched it and you're right, I did see some spots of water streaking down. I wonder if the cottage is temp controlled for the AA's and they are having humidity problems.

I just noticed this. A hole in one of the rocks after the big drop. I wonder if this is the on-ride photo.

Yeah, I don't think you are supposed to see anything in that half of the cottage... its only part of it where you can see in. But people are getting hung up on the first part I think.

The walls went up around the mine train in Feb 2010? Didn't they? If so 38 months is the true number then.

The walls were around the whole FLE so I think he was just counting the time from when they actually started working on Mine Train. They started with BOG and LM areas first. It depends on when you start the clock.

The mine ride wasn't in the original plan for Fantasyland so started a lot later then the rest of the construction. The first aerial photo that showed actual work on what became the mine ride was in early October 2011, so work probably started sometime in September 2011.

Sorry for the OT post, but your claim is that the TTA reaches 35 mph with guests on board?
