I voted for the potter related one, but thats not exactly it, just the closest to my thoughts.
I think it is because they need to add some special event due to the fact that Uni is doing much and Disney isn't offering too much

Frozen is ridiculously popular, they can't keep up with the demand for Frozen related merchandise, and people are waiting hours just to meet Elsa & Anna.

Yeah, this is tough one. Who knows why they would add these attractions, particularly to a park with the capacity for more attractions and guests, during the summer tourism season. Makes absolutely no sense at all.

Can't help but think that if this was the mid 90's we would have had a whole Frozen parade much like the Hercules or Mulan parades of Lion King at Disneyland. Although to be honest, I can see why they're not too keen on that anymore. If a film flops you've spent a ton on a pretty pointless parade. But they could seriously do with a Frozen parade at the moment.

Disney's Hollywood Studios is struggling A LOT! It's rumored to be the worst performing park at WDW. There is still money to be made from Frozen and there is still a demand for it. Magic Kingdom is already packed, bring it two studios kills two birds with one stone.
