Who Wants To Be A Millionare: Play it was in the soundstage where Toy Story Mania resides it closed in August 19th 2006....Superstar TV, Disney's Doug: LIVE & American Idol played where Frozen Sing-a-Long stands..

Some of the confusion as to the location may be because it was in another theater before it moved to its current location where it replaces American Idol. It was in some theater at the Streets of America. Probably the theater (Hyperion Theater?) got closed down with the rest of that to make way for Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. I was there watching the show at its first location.

If you ever need to find anything, remember that the My Disney Experience website/app has a search feature...

I figured it was geared for the "little ones" so never even a gave it a thought. What is the gist of it? Or will that "ruin it" for us if we decide to check it out?

It's a theater show. Songs from the movie play on a big screen with the words for full-on audience karaoke. This is all tied together with two royal storytellers who are actually comedians. Low brow schtick for the kids, winking adult humor for the adults. Principal characters from the movie make a live appearance. Aside from this thread's cynic, it is highly rated by adults. Over and over we hear how surprised they were to have liked it. Don't miss it. Besides, when in DHS, what else is there to do? ;)

I was surprised at how much I disliked this show.

I was expecting the characters to have more of a part.

Instead, you get two no bodies showing you song clips for 15 mins.

You get the characters for a whole 3-5 mins during the show.

If they got rid of the "historians" and had the characters be more of a focus, it would be a better show.

I think the complete opposite. If they had just s focus on the characters, it would be worth watching once, if that. the historians and their humor make the show.
