I don't think they cast it yet. For now, they just grabbed an actress and shot her from the back. They did something similar from Hook. They filmed a teaser with him breaking into Rumpel's shop before they actually cast Colin O'Donoghue.

No one cast yet. Kristin Bell said she was approached about doing a guest spot on OUAT so maybe we will see her as Anna.

LOVE this show. If they have Olaf, Sven, Kristoff or anyone else it'll probably be a throwaway reference ala' Pongo from way back in season 1. Kristen Bell as Anna in it would be great.

Yeah, I hate when they do that. We got a Rapunzel episode with no Flynn Rider and more importantly NO SMOLDER. We did get the falling body turning into an empty cloak with dust on impact like Gothel, but otherwise, the only similarity was "they both were in a tower and had long hair". The OUAT Rapunzel was basically a crazy cat lady.

It could be just an attempt to build buzz but Elsa seemed set up to have a larger role a la the Hook tease. Rapunzel was a one off character that I wish had been integrated for more than one episode!

Well, I keep hoping that the unidentified person that Hook traded the Jolly Roger to for the magic bean was Flynn Rider.

Do I think it is shoehorned to spike the football for higher ad costs? Yep

Do I think K&H can make it work well? Yep

Do I think she will be a villan? Yep.

Do I think they must keep her a villain to make it work? Yep

Am I thrilled? Nope.

They reused the ground changing under someone walking in a promo way too close to Wicked storyline.

Could it be she was pure good and rumple put her in a bottle? Yep but I hope not.

Hopefully this thread is put somewhere other than news rumors.

I have a feeling she will be a new villain and their pull from the original Snow Queen story by Hans Christian Anderson.

I doubt it. Most likely just a body stand in - no need to pay the big bucks and not show the famous actress' face.

They've stated they love the movie, and they know their audience. They're not going to keep her a villain.

And Rumpel's vault is for things "dangerous and unpredictable", not "dark and evil". Or else you'd have to explain how Emma is evil.
