Frozen at Epcot

Frozen is everywhere, you just can't escape it. I am not just talking about in the parks, but in general. I was just in a local roadside hot dog place today and they have a train display, and on the one of the flatbed train cars that had the figures of the Frozen characters.

Adding to that, it's been totally overshadowing Disney's OTHER recent animated movies. For example, Big Hero 6.

I feel this as well.
Princess and the Frog and Tangled are both movies I love. Great characters, heartwarming stories, uniquely shady villains, and great music. Both movies do get attention for sure, but they fall into that "girly princessy" category which they share with Frozen and I do feel as though they're sometimes forgotten about and/or overshadowed due to Frozen's power. It's like they had their half day in the sun and then Elsa and Anna slap them silly. Thankfully there's a potty to remember one of them by....Cue "When She Loved Me".

It's the publics response to this movie that dictates the promotion. You can,t blame Disney for promoting the movies success. The people love the movie, the kids love the movie. It still seems like over the top hate?

I'm hoping the popularity of Frozen in Norway leads to World Showcase being open at 9. If that happened would the haters stay out of WS until 11 on principal?
It actually would more more than principal and I have hard time see Disney doing that for all of World Showcase. I am saying that because Why people would want to walk from the bus stop to World Showcase right away if it is not for Frozen or for breakfast based on what is there right now if they don't do drink around the World starting 9 in the morning?

I don't see Disney selling alcohol at 9 in the morning and World Showcase really doesn't must see attractions that guests want to do right away without Frozen. The films in World Showcase are not must see attractions. The other problem is World Showcase can't have all its shops open 9 in the morning unless they don't allow Moonshine or other alcohol in World Showcase shops to be sold at 9 in the morning.

Future World even in its sad state still has Soarin',Test Track, and Spaceship Earth as Epcot's big headliners that guests want to go to right away and World Showcase doesn't have that outside of Frozen Currently. That always been the reason people on the message board want more attractions for World Showcase. World Showcase always had shopping, eating and entertainment performers main focus of that section of that park matter of fact since its start.

The only way for Disney to open all of World Showcase at 9 in the morning to work is by adding attractions or replacing current attractions in that section of the park along with using the expansion plots World Showcase currently has. The big problem doing what I said is Future World has its own set of problems right now that needs to be answered first including Universe of Energy, Imagination Pavilion, Wonders of Life Building, and most of Innoventions West being closed.

I'd love to just walk World Showcase first thing in the morning. The films are must see attractions to me. I'd love to have a real breakfast in the World Showcase.

People enter from the international gateway every morning and have to walk all the way to Future World. I'm sure some people would stay in World Showcase if given the opportunity.

I know about the International Gateway in the morning since My first ever trip to WDW had me stay at the Yacht and Beach Club back when you can use the tram from doing from the Yacht and Beach Club to Epcot. I even used the gateway when I didn't even stay at Epcot Resort when I ate at Captain's Grille, in Cape May the past although most of the time I used it for taking the boat to DHS.

The Entrance you are referring to is a perk of staying at an Epcot Resort, but it never has the entrance that a majority of people going to Epcot in the Morning use like I mentioned in my post to you. The post you quoted was one that I was referring to a majority of guests and is why I didn't mention it the post you quoted.

The truth is a majority of guests go to Epcot in the Morning actually came from the Future world side since a Majority of hotels on WDW hotel weren't built close enough walk to Epcot or use the boat.

I wasn't talking about me or you, I was referring to a majority of people that don't have plans of doing Frozen or breakfast at World Showcase. The other thing is you have to look the films are not a first priority for a majority of people.

While You and I love the films, you have look at a majority of people in terms of where the films are for priority for attractions for Epcot.
If you look at Majority of people that wouldn't do Frozen in the Morning or have Breakfast in World showcase, the films are not a first priority if you are not coming from the international gateway side when the park. While the films in World Showcase do have guests see them, they are not one of 3

The first priority for guest is going the headliners of Epcot and the films for World Showcase are not not headline attractions in the minds of Disney and that is very true if you don't do Frozen, or Breakfast if you are using the Future World Entrance. When you think of headliners for attractions, you think of Soarin', Test Track, Spaceship Earth and soon Frozen Ever After.

Disney really hasn't mentioned anything about the World showcase films on their television specials for years or push those films either.

I am sure it will be 1st tier, and yes, I would use the fastpass for it. I am not hugely into Frozen, although I think it was a cute movie, but Ilove it when new rides open so I will definitely check it out. I have never been a huge Maelstrom fan, and I actually think a lot of the backlash over Maelstrom going is more due to people hating anything to change at the parks than people actually loving the ride. I know some people do, but even when the park is packed it is not very busy, and before Disney made the announcement there were a lot people online saying how it was worn down and needed to be redone and how they didn't like to ride it anymore. I am sure eventually even the people screaming the loudest will be riding the new ride.
