Frozen at Disney's Hollywood Studios for the summer?

Stock is trying to be sourced from inside and outside thecompany from the east coast to the west coast. Anyone who has anything suitable is being targeted with cost not the main concern.

Particularly difficult with the calibre of shell required being tied up for 4th shows across the nation already.

They have only just begun to try to purchase stock for the shows.

Brave announcing a show before sourcing the goods, someone somewhere could well be in for a bumper contract. Failing that they can just pinch a few shells from Illuminations LOL

Am I reading this correct that there will actually be fireworks over the hat? I do not think I have ever saw fireworks at HS (though I know they have in the past) at the studios except Fantasmic. I hope they do not plan on cutting fantasmic because of this addition. I am over the frozen love affair but I do not mind the fireworks.

Uh, SWW Fireworks as well as May the 4th were over the hat.

I've been wondering since the rumors of this how the pyro product supply will work. They are normally on something like a 6 month order. I'm guessing the special event stocks and convention pyro might come into service here.
Brad is great at putting together these types of shows though. Looking forward to see what they can do.

The loser if Disney does not get the fireworks is their main supplier. Disney is the largest purchaser of fireworks in the country. If I had their contract I would put them first even if that means breaking some other smaller contracts. You have to take care of your best customer. Disney will get what ever they need you can count on it.

Does this event supersede the Rock Your Summer Side Dance party event?

Tim – In a way, yes, but everything that has been part of “Rock Your Summer Side” will be incorporated into the “Coolest Summer Ever” Dance Party. After all, Olaf is going to be rocking his summer side as part of all the Frozen Summer Fun!

=======================================================================

So will the VIPs that where showing up for the Disney Summer Side Dance party going to be showing up the dance at the Frozen Dance Party which has quickly replaced it?

This all seems a bit excessive to me, but I guess if they have a cash cow, they might as well milk it. I'm still waiting for them to announce that they are demolishing Cindy's castle amd putting Elsa's ice palace up instead, kickung Maelstrom to thr curb for a princess cruise, and turning Blizzard Beach into Frozen Water Adventure Fun Land or something.

I like the idea of a frozen themed water park.

Wish they could pull it together for the third to help spead out the huge Fourth of July crowds then maybe MK wouldn't reach capacity on the fourth at 10am
