And this tiny, tightly knit community of people on first name base is your journalistic source for any malpractices within this close community?

Uh, Empress, I'm not the journalist.

However, scientists in a particular field, especially in the same state, share knowledge all the time. And frequently collaborate on research.

Not to mention the fact that they genetically engineered bulls into the size of a dog.

Haha.

However, you've brought up a valid point - the genetic engineering (but not bulls into dogs). The original bull dog has been so re-engineered by breeders that the poor animal has serious health issues. Why doesn't the OP complain about that?

Honestly? I hope you're trolling with that
-Asked for an opinion
-People replied, asking you for yours on a similar topic
-Those questions were ignored as you only replied to captivity posts
-Other posters who asked ?s got irritated as a result
-Everyone is rude

Okay then.

Well, children, I'm going to have to sign off. Time to go walk my son in law's genetically engineered, uh mixed breed, dog. Don't want her to be a victim of captivity.

Say hey! to the Princess for me.

It's the way people come across. I am here to hear others opinions. Debates are not based on attacking each other.

Kaylee, I'm actually with you here, but I'm not getting involved in another whale and dolphin debate. That is so 2013, for me at least. I know what I think and I know I'm not going to change anyone's opinion on here. I fought the good fight in 2013 and it was basically just a waste of keystrokes that raised my blood pressure every time I saw the responses. I post an opinion on this issue now and then but otherwise, I'm done.

I did see one of these dolphins floating lethargically in a strange yellow cloud (vomit, urine?) in 2013 but that was at the height of the Blackfish controversy and when I posted about that, I got accused of being a member of PETA, being an activist, and being a liar, none of which are true. I just don't like some of the most intelligent creatures on the planet in captivity. For a country trying to elect an orange clown as president, they may be more intelligent than us.

All of that said, with only a couple of exceptions, I don't find people on here to be rude at all. Opinionated, yea. But that's not a bad thing. Debate is healthy - except certain recent televised debates. This site is above and beyond when it comes to great members compared to other sites I frequent.

If you want rude, look no further than the comments section on any news site, or Yahoo, etcetera. People go so far as to wish death on each other.

These people on WDW Magic are informed, intelligent, opinionated, and above all, pretty awesome.
