Free Quick Service Dining Question

Just got an email about FREE dining (Quick Service Package) between 8/15 and 10/2. I know you used to be able to trade in two table service meals for a Character dining. Are you able to trade in two quick service meals for a table service? I'm guessing no, but I figured someone would be able to tell me for sure.

No, sorry!

And it's not two TS meals for character dining... most character dining is actually just one TS credit! It's signature dining that requires two of your TS credits. The only character dining that requires two TS credits would be Cinderalla's Royal Table (I think)!

Was the e-mail pertaining to staying at a Value Resort as well?
