Free Dining is now available for Disney Visa Card holders!!! The travel date arrival window is September 2-25, 2013. You must arrive between these dates in order to qualify for the discounted offer. This offer will be made available to the general public on May 9!!!

There is also a room discount offer now available for Disney Visa card holders for travel dates August 15-September 28, 2013. This offer will also be released for booking to the general public on May 9!

Just remember that the 180 day window has already been in effect for all of September for two weeks now, so some ADRs might be very hard to get.

It is possible to take advantage of both discount periods, but you may need to do it by making 2 separate bookings, one for the first offer and one for the second.

I was able to get everything we wanted..except be our guest..but that was to be expected... I also couldn't get t-Rex but I will try to call! We were able to book crystal palace, tapan Edo, Tusker house, 50's, boatwrights, flying fish and liberty tree tavern and boma all on the days and times we wanted! It was just meant to be, we will be staying September 23 -October 4, at pofq (hopefully if they have rooms left Thursday!). I am beyond excited, our original trip was planned for November 11, now we will be going 2 days after our wedding!

You may not need to do this. If you look at the Historical discount offereings, Disney had a similiar discount later in November.

Dates will be the same. It will be a matter of whether or not all of the available rooms were picked up by Disney Visa card holders such as myself [followed by an evil laugh]. :cool: Just kidding.

There should still be rooms available, just don't wait too long.

I had thought of that, but disney was not offering dining as much this year as in other years. I fear that they may not offer it I November and ill miss out. Free dining still save us $1000! And if we wait we may miss out on some of the dining we really want, I was able to score all our dining selections for September this morning. No big deal for us to switch our dates, Marc actually mad the comment last night that he would rather do the Halloween party then the Christmas one! So score for us :)

I guess i'm out of luck. I can hope for an extension into November, but even then I won't qaulify because I have a room booked at AOA Little Mermaid.

I'm not sure why you wouldn't qualify. Depending on the discount you are looking for you might be able to score something. Last year my family and I stayed in a Nemo room and had a free dining offer during the same time period you are talking about. Hopefully Disney will do it again. Just keep an eye out.

Hum, September 2 to 25, a total of 24 days. I'm pretty sure that's the shortest 'Free Dining" period ever offered for the fall.

Looks like Disney is trying to wean the public off "Free Dining".
