Disclaimer:
Offer is available most nights from 8/24/08-9/20/08. Price is based upon 2 adults, 1 junior and 1 child. The rooms allowed for this offer are limited. Tickets must be included in the package. No group rates or other discounts apply. Book by 6/22/08.
You must book a minimum of 3 nights and a maximum of 14.

You would have to allow us to have control of the reservation (takes up to 24 hours) in order to do that or we would have to just re-book it. Send me your information on an e-mail so I can check it out for you.

Just and update...all clients that we have booked that were looking for the free dining have been switched over and you will get an e-mail today with your new totals. This include any current Grand Gatherings that we have already booked.

I am currently working on the new grand gatherings that have contacted me.

Booked with Evan this morning for September. How do I view my reservation online? I go to "My Disney Vacation" on the Disney site and type in the Confirmation number and my phone number but get an error. I would like to use this feature of the website to help me plan my vacation. Thanks!

Like Pam said...when you book with an agent they don't let you pull that information up unfortunately. But, feel free to contact me for anything and I will help you out.

Just a note - was playing with the Free Dine offer from the WDW website, and to even book it there it wants you to start by searching for a 5night 6 day stay. Wont accept the minimum 3 night stay.

However, once you'e into the reservation details it'll let you drop to 3 nights.

Anywho, that said I was just looking to see what it would cost - and I was searching for Pop Century. I clicked once for 5n/6d options on accident and it said Pop was available. I lowered it to the proper 3nights, and it said "sorry, not available, try Coronado Springs."

So the reservation computer is doing it's usual evilness. I double checked, back at 5nights I could book Pop, at 3nights no Pop (same date overlap and checkin day).

What's that mean? If you want a shorter trip - beat the computer. Book the 5 day and then cancel the extra days off of your trip. It wont cost anything, it's only taking a deposit anyways.

Pam, you might have to fudge it that same way for any people going for trips shorter then 5 nights on the phone too. The computer upselling does the same thing with the phone agents.

Yeah...I haven't seen that problem either. I actually booked two different three day packages for different times at Pop and didn't have a problem finding it either time. I did it at ASMo as well and it came up for me.

Trick here is to book the 5 nights and then call and cancel the 2 off that you don't want. Revenue control does this to get you to stay the maximum it can get you for. Again, book the 5 and then reduce your stay by calling the reservation center. As long as the reservation is not paid in full there are no penalties for doing this.

This is just a reminder that the free dining offer is still available. Labor day weekend is getting tight at a lot of resorts as are many dates in early Sept. If you are planning on taking advantage of this amazing savings please book it as early as possible.
