Another possibility... Does your Disney.com profile include your address info? They may not give the option to mail it out until they know for sure that you're eligible to receive them...

Interesting possibility....I will have to double-check that.

I had my husband log on with his Disney ID tonight on the very same computer I was trying to use and PRESTO he could order just fine. I don't think Mickey likes me very much!:ROFLOL:
I do all the planning for our trips, and guess who got the last PIN code e-mail? Yep, my husband. And now THIS! Oh well, I still love Mickey anyway.

DHS doesn't have toy story mania on it yet though, that kinds stinks

i was waiting for them to add that before I ordered mine. I got them last year & would like to get the updated ones if/when they change them.

You have to be 18+ and live in the US to order the maps.

I had a problem a few weeks ago and customer service told me to choose the opposite bandwidth on the top left corner of the screen and it worked! My maps came about two weeks later.
