FP+ Question: Test Track / Soarin' / Frozen EE

It looks like they are keeping the FP+ tier levels in place in Epcot for the time being and Test Track, Soarin' and Frozen Ever After are all Tier 1. I am looking for opinions on what would be the best choice to FP and which one would be the one to head to at rope-drop? Will FP be available for any of them to choose as a 4th FP once the others are used? This is assuming that you want to do all three attractions on the same day.

So you can get into the WS and ride Frozen even though the rest of the WS is closed until 11am?
Yes. You could always walk around World Showcase before 11, just that most things weren't open yet. I guess Frozen is a big enough draw that they'll open it at the time that Epcot first opens in the morning.

Another vote for this strategy. We have FP+ booked for Mission: SPACE, Spaceship Earth, and Frozen, will be hitting Soarin' at rope drop then immediately hitting up Test Track. Unfortunately we had to abandon grabbing breakfast at Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie since that would be far too much back-and-forth that early in the morning, but are hoping we'll have time for a quick snack at Sunshine Seasons after Soarin'...

How did you get FP+ for both Mission: Space and Frozen? Did they move Mission down to Tier 2?

It would appear that way.

That makes sense. I still don't get why Living with the Land is a Tier 1. I enjoy it, don't get me wrong.

My guess is proximity to Soarin'. A lot of people would ride it just because it is so close to Soarin' and still a decent attraction. I actually really like the ride and it would definitely be on my FP+ list if it were a Tier 2. But as Tier 1 there is no way I am spending an FP+ on it.

That's the thing about the FP system at Epcot. Unless it's a super crowded day, none of the Tier 2 attractions really need a FP at all. At least in my experience

We couldn't get a frozen fast pass for next week :( so we are going to attempt to get their for rope drop and ride frozen. First fast pass is at 11:10 for soarin so hopefully the frozen line first thing in the morning isn't too long!
