it seems that is the case of "most" forums upgrading.. however since this might be missing some extra files.. i give it an hour...

so he can pick an hour like 3:00a.m. est... lol no one is on at that time...

We had a minute by minute refresh party LOL and some of use could get on before others....it took an extra day for me
