Wins and championships aren’t the only metrics worthy of consideration. If you want to call him the most successful that’s fine with me. When taking the level of competition, accounting for equipment and other great drivers, into consideration I think Senna comes out ahead.
He couldn’t have done it a couple of years ago either when Haas finished 5th in the constructors race.
Hamilton will still have his critics for their own reasons. It is not if but when he wins a record 8th World Championship. There were already doubters on Lewis in this most recent race and Lewis proved all to be wrong! Well done Lewis! 14 points down and my bet is on Lewis to win and get his 8th this year much to the chagrin of his critics.

As I said, he doesn’t do what he did in that race from inside any other car on the grid that day…including the other Mercedes. Yes, Hamilton is talented…but not heads and shoulders above everybody else. I’m not sure how, right now, that the car is the superstar can even be disputed.
Or the engineers…. the driver didn’t create that increased speed on the straights. Horner asked a valid question. With that giant wing, where is that increased speed coming from?

there will always be Senna / Schumacher and Fangio ahead of him.
Alonso showed us real talent this weekend.
A distinct difference between all mentioned and Lewis that some do not want to mention. Someone like gunning for a record 8th WC which none of you will shut up more critics of Lewis.

Winning 8 titles in a superior car doesn't make you the greatest of all time. It makes you the most successful. There is a big difference.
Whatever your reasoning and the adversity Lewis faces makes him more angry, more aggressive to chase more points , more wins and eventually more World Championships more than anyone will and has ever had , my feedback on the GOAT of F1. Bring it on Lewis and keep winning! Would you be singing the same tune if Max was in the same record WCs etc instead of Lewis? Will Lewis be accepted as the GOAT by all? Probably never but then again there is a record setting NFL QB still playing in his 40s, named Brady. There are many haters of Brady because he wins too much but Brady also has many fans who consider him the GOAT. It is ironic that some consider the most successful not the greatest. What true humorous irony.

Is it truly greatness when you are in the best car for the majority of your titles. The true GOAT's race against and beat the best in comparable machinery.
Pure stats can be used to argue greatness but fall short due to not taking other things into consideration.
I don't "hate" Lewis , just don't think he is the greatest driver ever.
There is no argument about him being the most successful..

Comparable machinery is wishful thinking in F1. You should know that. One word can sum up Lewis Hamilton - F1 domination .
