get the beers and ears app if you have a smartphone, it will save your life. They seems to have a decent amount of terrapin available in resorts. They have some abitas at port orleans i think there turbodog they have in bottle over there. The boardwalk is also known for having some crafts, ESPN club had a few when i was there.

@wdisney9000 you should definitely try Hunaphu Day- it's a lot of waiting in line, but I have never been around such a community of truly nice people. Everyone brought in their own coolers as well and we all shared unique beer for local regions. It's the perfect ending to Tampa's "beer week"!

While this is true, it is still nice because you can't get Yeungling west of Florida. Getting a nice cold Yeungling is one of the first things I do.

I always thought it was strickly PA...but I was sitting at the lounge area in Prime Time having a beer when these two ladies sat down next to me and ordered a Yeungling... I was like..."what?"

Beer Wars is a pretty well known documentary about the American Beer industry. So I can see where you pulled Brew Wars from. I will definitely be checking out that book though. Thanks for the recommendation.

There is also a book "Clonebrews" that has homebrewing recipies for various commerical beers - I use it a lot as a jumping off point when creating my own.

Beer Wars
Clone Brews
Clone Wars (from Star Wars)
Brew Wars

Yeah, it all gets mashed together.

I believe they opened a second distribution center in Florida just a few years ago.

As a self-described beer snob I would love it. I refuse to drink that rice "beer". However, I'm not sure I see it happening, even with the rise in popularity of craft beers. The masses still drink Bud...
I'm always hopeful that if they (the masses) had real beer, they would convert. And besides, they could charge more for craft beer- isn't that attractive to Disney?
Probably not. My in-laws think the DH and I are "uppity" b/c we don't drink swill beer. And the FIL and BIL and very passive aggressive in only drinking swill beers. As if their refusal to drink good (or even decent) beer has any impact on us. But there are plenty of people out there such as them.

The lowest I will go is Original Coors - and only if I really want a beer. It if is only Bud, Miller, any of the "Lights", etc., I will just not drink. Why should I drink a beer that is just nasty tasting tap water that gives me a hangover? Not helping this is the fact I prefer darker beers - ambers, porters, stouts. It makes the swill beers even more swill-y to me. I prefer just regular water and no after effects than the swills.

A Yard House would be awesome; they already have some in FL. Or even anything remotely approaching such.

I don't usually like fruity beers, but that one might be my favorite beer for summertime.
I'm with you on the fruity stuff...and I did try a Samuel Adams summer beer that had a hint of lemon...didn't like it
There are some really amazing fruit beers out there (I adored NB's Tart Lychee). But, no matter how much I like one, I do find I cannot drink more than one in a sitting. It very quickly becomes cloying and sickeningly sweet.
