I don't understand why everyone is denying the possibility of food poisoning here. The food is most likely prepared in large quantities and kept warm, all it takes is one contaminated finger/utensil touching the bulk food and a slight deviation in temperature to make people sick.
That being said, even though on 2 of our last 3 trips someone was sick with food poisoning like symptoms, I have never expected any sort if monetary compensation as it is just to difficult to prove where it came from and I just accept it as part of life. Sometimes people get sick.
Noone is denying the posibility.
The problem is, you're making a very vague statement and blaming the last restaurant..
its as been proved and told MANY TIMES that the last meal is RARELY (as in almost never) the culprit of a food poisoning problem.
Also, it doesn't mean it will always come from food right from a restaurant, it can be water, or touching contaminated stuff (bread? margarine? water? cookies?..etc..etc..).
Even Kids can get infected by touching a pet, animal, plushie or something contaminated.. and then putting their hands on their mouth (like kids do).
Food poisoning might take a few hours to "incubate" and then go bad.
Also let's not confuse "food poisoning" with stomatch flu, or other issues caused by different things.
for example, I get "stomatch flu" and strong acid refllux if I eat too much pastries or meats.
It will look like something fell bad.. and considering how much food people eat at disney.. no surprise that could be the culprit too.
To resume, the issue here is.. he is very fixated into blaming a single entity or a single restaurant without proper and full analysis.
that is like blaming your governor for the housing collapse when he isnt even a single drop in the bucket of the whole banking mess-up.
But...I found it on the googles!
at least is not lupus!
