hi all have booked 2 weeks in september 2009 flying from manchester to sanford this time we are flying with monarch airlines booked online and found out it was nearly £400 cheaper themn if we had booked with thomson or virgin just wondered if anyone had been with monarch to sanford yet and could give me some info on them thanks:sohappy:

My sister flew with Monarch last year and I don't think she had any problems. We would have known about it if she had!! She gets very vocal if she's not happy!
You should be fine!
Just make sure you have plenty to do on the way back as the wait at Sanford can seem like a very looooooooong time with very little to keep you amused in the terminal!!

Have used Monarch a couple of times flying into Sanford International, we had no problems at all, Sanford is much smaller than OIA and found it to be very British in the airport.

We used Monarch for our first ever trip but flew into Orlando Int. As long as they get you there - that's all that really matters

Never used Monarch but I have flown from Manchester and from Sanford.
bit of advice, Sanford is quite far away from the parks - make sure you have some transport sorted as a taxi might cost a fortune. If your driving, I think the usual route will take you through toll booths so watch out for them (I'm sure someone can give you directions to avoid them though)
Sanford is also a pretty dull airport so bring entertainment
