As I recall from previous years, the list of performers for the Garden Rocks concerts (formerly called Flower Power concerts), tends to be available at some point in late winter. However, since WDW is extending the Flower & Garden Festival this year (March 2 - May 30, 2016), perhaps we might see their list earlier. (The WDW Magic site also shares information with us just as soon as they receive it.)
I just looked at a concert web site for the Lake Buena Vista area (American Gardens Theater), and a few groups are already listed for 2016. I then looked up the individual web sites for the groups below, and the dates are correct. (As usual, keep in mind that performances may be subject to change in the future.)
3/18-20 Little River Band
4/1 - 3 Herman's Hermits
4/8-10 The Guess Who
4/15-17 Blood Sweat & Tears

Yes, I see from looking up their songs that I'm familiar with a couple of them.
Pretty good. I'm sure I'll enjoy them.
I was hoping for Starship though.
I love Mickey Thomas's voice, and prefer Starships harder rock leanings.
Hermans Hermits puts on a pretty good,show.....but I love,Starship too always did!!!!
