Florida Resident room only discount coming out soon

I have a question regarding this. I am going to Disney in Mid august with a group of people 2 of whom are florida residents. We have already made our reservations but the person that made the reservation is not a Florida resident. When we arrive at the All Stars Sports on August 18th will they be able to make any sort of price adjustment for the Florida Resident Rate or do we have to book for this prior. Because the one night is already fully paid for , we have to pay for the other 2 nights when we arrive. Thank you for all the help that you can give me.

I wouldnt bet that they would make the adjustment at all. I certainly would call back and rebook it at the Florida rate. Belle

You have to do it before you get there. Once you arrive on site, Disney doesn't allow you to book any type of discounted rate, be it a package, AAA, FL resident or any other offer.

They might allow you to transfer the money from the current reservation over to a FL resident offer, but since they are going to be made in 2 different names, they probally won't.

Have a FL Resident book a reservation, then cancel the other reservation that you have already made.

TLB is right. You must make the reservation beforehand. Also it must be done by the FL resident if you want to apply for the discount. They will check the FL resident for proof of residency. You can book up to 2 rooms with the FL resident rate.
