FLOODING AT EPCOT?

I just saw pics on another site of flooding at EPCOT last week. It looks to be from rainfall....there were people in ponchos. I don't remember ever seeing people jump over fences to avoid flooded sidewalks as was the case in the pics. Does that have anything to do with the "sinkhole construction" going on? Never knew there was a drainage issue anywhere in the parks. Also, we haven't heard much on that emergency construction.....any updates on that?

Parts of Tomorrowland ALWAYS flood when it rains a lot, but I think it's fun to jump around in the water because if it's that flooded, that probably means you're probably soaked too (even with a poncho!) :p

And I'm not sure what those people think they're accomplishing.... :bored:

It's been raining like crazy - all day rain which is unusual for us - here in Tampa for days now. Likely, central Florida is getting hit too and it's just one of "those too much all at once" situations.
