There's nothing wrong with looking at WDW through rose colored glasses. There's nothing wrong with snorting a ton a pixie dust tonight either.
He's been me all day. Also? What do I care about my "status" amongst the anti-Disney doom patrol on here? I get plenty if support from the people on here who actually see things from a reasonable perspective.

Just read the DHS Carsland thread over in the rumors and news category on the forum and you'll see. A reliable source leaked out info on a DHs Carsland expansionWait a sec. When was Carsland leaked/announced for DHS? Not that I'm complaining, as I would LOVE this to be true. But I thought that was just a rumor or wishful thinking (?)
If there is any beef behind this rumor...put me under the extremely happy category.
Living proof that people on this board will always be brainwashed. At least you didn't say "Props to Disney"....again.

I'd say Avatar whatever is far from a sure thing and while I trust the source for the Carsland rumor we don't have it official and we don't know details. Sure it's at DCA but we have no renderings or art to show how it'd look here.
In summation we have FLE that has added two rides (D-Tickets at best, maybe C-Tickets) and two semi maybe possibly possible rumors with zero details or concept art.
Best time ever? I'd hate to be labeled a doom and gloomer but in terms of times with rumors we've had better and in terms of times with actual projects being constructed we've had better.
Your enthusiasm, while premature, is nice ... you have to expect responses like this when 2/3rds of the things you post about are things that may not ever happen.
Post about facts and there is no counter.

Yeah...89-99 can't be beat. Disney/MGM Studios, Typhoon Lagoon, Animal Kingdom, Blizzard Beach, total DTD, numerous resorts....Splash Mountain, Tower of Terror, Test Track, Alien Encounter....and we still had River Country!

It's not about being Greedy, it's about Holding the resort to a certain standard. Theme parks need to expand or they die, and that is a reality of the business. We lost sight of that and it sounds like we might be gaining SOME of that back....
More people need to hold them to that certain standard. Especially with the prices they charge.
