FLA freeze warning..

Good chunk of FLA in under a freeze warning for sundown for the next 2 days..

tonights there is a slim, slim, slim chance of snow... (last time was 79)

Yes there is a freeze warning but actually, we had the ocean snow effect in 03 and could happen again. Really means that snow flurries are possible in places closer to the coast such as tampa and daytona beach. orlando will probably not see that.

When I was about five years old during Christmas time I saw snow flurries, I live 30 miles east of Orlando. It was neat-o and the only snow I've ever seen in my life.

I had actual ice on my windshield this morning. Being a Floridian, I thought washer fluid would get rid of it instead of freezing up too.

We actually had a layer of snow that time. We took cookie sheets and slid down the "hill" across the street. I've seen afew flurries, but not in a long time. It would be nice for The Son to look out his window and see snow. :lol:

Of course, we'll be in Chicago next month, so he might run into some. Last time he saw any was in 2001.

Seeing snow is nice and pretty. Being in weather cold enough for it to snow isn't. :animwink:
