Okay, I need some help, my boyfriend and I are thinking about going to Disney Oct 16, also all of the other parks around the area and potentially staying in a villa, I have been quoted at under £2500 for the both us, including all park tickets, obviously the dates aren't released for other companies so I cannot find them online, I just want people to say whether they think this is a reasonable price or not and whether a villa is best etc. :)

You're going to Disney AND the visiting the other parks and you only want a week. I'm afraid that you're going to have to look very closely at your plans.
Magic Kingdom and EPCOT are both two day parks. Hollywood Studios is a day and Animal Kingdom can be done in less than a day (just). That's six days already and you haven't ventured off Disney property yet. You're looking at another full day for SeaWorld and a good two days for Universal.
You need to either just visit the Disney parks for a one week stay, or, make full use of your two weeks and incorporate Universal and SeaWorld as well.
By the way, is your villa just a one bedroom villa ? You're paying for unoccupied rooms otherwise

Well we were quoted 2 weeks anyway so we know it would be best for the full 2 weeks but we have to fit around other plans which are during the two weeks, we are also considering 10 days, however, my boyfriend has previously been to Disney World and the other parks in a week.
The villa is two bedroom, amazingly it was cheaper than a one bedroom.

Believe me, you won't get as much out of your trip if you only did a week, or even 10 days, as you're flying over from the UK (as do I).

I last went in 2013 and did 10 days, thinking that would be enough as I hadn't been for 11 years. We only just fit all of the parks in (Disney/Universal/Seaworld) and it felt quite rushed. We were both shattered by the end! When I go later this year I insisted we do 2 weeks so we can do everything and do it at our pace, as well as fitting in a day or two to relax.

Thankyou, I will take this into consideration as I do want to have a couple of lazy days by the pool! I will speak to my Travel Agent and see what they recommend too.

You have the following which I personally love. You can't do it all in one week, let alone 2. You have to decide what you want to do and when you want to go. 2,500 pounds for a 2 week villa is INSANELY expensive with tickets. You can get offsite villas for a lot less than that. Not much you can do with ticket prices though.

You have the following parks from memory:
Magic Kingdom
Epcot
Hollywood Studios
Animal Kingdom
Universal Studios
Islands of Adventure
Legoland (?)
Seaworld
Typhoon Lagoon
Blizzard Beach
Aquatica
Busch Gardens (hour or so away)

I do understand how it seems so expensive, but the thing is, the offsite villa is a 4* and was the cheapest offer, return flights and a 2 bedroom villa for 2 weeks came to only £800. The park tickets and tax brought the price up, I have been looking for weeks and cannot find any cheaper.

You're going to have to pick and choose your parks as there are way too many in the area.
Key:
  • Black - Regular Parks
  • Blue - Water Parks
  • Green - Animal Parks
  • Cyan - Water/Animal Parks
In parenthesis beside each park is the drive, without traffic, calculated with Google Maps, from MCO.
  1. Magic Kingdom (27 minutes)
  2. Epcot (26 minutes)
  3. Hollywood Studios (27 minutes)
  4. Typhoon Lagoon (25 minutes)
  5. Blizzard Beach (30 minutes)
  6. Animal Kingdom (29 minutes)
  7. Universal Studios Florida (23 minutes)
  8. Islands of Adventure (21 minutes)
  9. Wet 'n' Wild (21 minutes)
  10. SeaWorld (19 minutes)
  11. Aquatica (17 minutes)
  12. Discovery Cove (20 minutes)
  13. Busch Gardens Tampa (1 hour, 20 minutes)
  14. Adventure Island (1 hour, 21 minutes)
  15. LEGOLAND Florida (59 minutes)
  16. LEFOLAND Water Park (59 minutes)
  17. Fun Spot Kissimmee (24 minutes)
  18. Fun Spot Orlando (22 minutes)
  19. Holy Land Experience (22 minutes)
  20. Gatorland (17 minutes)
  21. Kennedy Space Center (45 minutes)

We are going for two weeks as we decided together that one week just wasn't enough if we wanted to do the parks outside of Disney (Universal and SeaWorld). We are staying on Disney property so our holiday is more expensive but I think you have a good deal so far. Good luck with the rest of your plans! :)
