FIRST FULL DAY AT DISNEY

We have been going to Disney the last six (6) years eith the grand kids. When we arrive we always catch a bite at the P C food court then go to Epcot. Our first day starts with breakfast at Ohana, then a full day at at M K. Just thought it would be fun to see what other families do.

We live 2.5 hours away so usually head up after work one night and just get checked in, eat , and sleep. Family tradition is MK the first day, but we went more often the last year so we based plans on hours, crowd levels, and which park the kids wanted most. No wrong way to Disney!

we've traditionally done magic kingdom, but this trip we're heading to epcot first. we used to be very gung-ho to get 'our money's worth' and pack EVERYTHING in... after living in central florida for over 5 years and being pass holders, we've learned to appreciate different things about disney. dh and i have already discussed taking it easy and slow. that might change when we get there

We always do something different - usually depending on what we'd like to eat. We're not interested in staying and playing til 3am on the first day, so this year, we will be going to Animal Kingdom first (which is a first) and then going to AKL to eat at Boma! Then back to the resort.
