Illuminations: from the front cab of whatever Monorail I am piloting through the teardrop :D

I will always stop the train there so Guests in the back can have a few seconds to watch, take pictures, etc.

I know it's difficult to get there, but I prefer right in front of the castle to anywhere else. Of course it's easier when you're by yourself, but I think it's worth waiting a while and claiming your spot, especially if it's your first time. But since I'm there all the time I usually show up 15 minutes before, buy a hot dog from Casey's, and wander up as far as can. Just be sure to step aside as soon as they're over and wait for the mob to thin out.

We claimed on spot on the Tomorrowland bridge, right under where Tinkerbell flies and it felt like a perfect spot the way that the fireworks were framed around the castle.

MK: If in the kingdom, Tommorowland Bridge, But even better, California Grill.

Epcot: The Rose and Crown, on the table on the lower patio, in the middle (Just shows how good a request is)

DS: Get there very early and sit as it begins to rain and wait for the second performance... Anywhere's good though

Oh for Illuminations I go right in the area before Canada starts and get up along the fence next to the F&W Fest stands. There is usually room for 4 so the 4 of us just stand there and take turns going to get food and drinks...

For Wishes, and Hallowishes I usually stand right at the "end" of Main Street by the Walt and Mickey Statue.

Has anybody saw the fireworks form the poly beach and does in get packed there?

We stayed at the Poly in June and did take advantage of watching the fireworks while there from the beach. We actually watched Wishes from the Magic Kingdome one night then from the beach on another. The view is fantastic! Keep in mind that you cannot hear the music or the story that goes with the fireworks show but it is still stunning none the less. The beach (at least while we were there) did not get overly crowded. I would suggest getting there around 9 and watching the little light parade they have on the water then staying until 10 for the fireworks. If you get their early you can grab some beach chairs.

Have a great time!
