Firework Viewing from Parking Garage

Will the garage also afford a view of any fireworks taking place at the Studios?

I see no reason why it shouldn't. After all, the Studios is basically behind Epcot, so the view should basically be the same. Next time the Studios have fireworks, I'll go over and check out that view as well.

I wouldn't really call that a rumor, it was a patent which they may or may not end up actually implementing.

Yep. In fact the Simpson's episode "Itchy & Scratchy Land" did a joke based on this idea when one of the writers visited Disney..

may be easier to see once the new launch site is operational... DHS will have to launch HIGHER for the same area to be the viewing area in DHS(the launch site is farther away)

On December 18th we were sitting on the patio at the hanger bar and there was a great view of the Star Wars fireworks and Xmas Party wishes.. Obviously no music piped in but it was cool to be able to see both shows
