Fine Dining At Disney

Hey guys - I'm going to the world in February. Lately, my dad and I have gone to disney every february for a long weekend because we enjoy the nice weather and the smaller crowds. Last February though (my first time to the world in years - since I was like 8), we encountered a big problem. We weren't given the memo that you practically NEED ADR's at most of the good restaurants. My question is where would you guys suggest I make ADRs for fine (even pricey) dining experiences at parks/resorts/anywhere.

For fine dining, try the Puffed French Toast at the Crystal Palace for breakfast.

We have really liked Wolfgang Puck's. We have never eaten upstairs, but down has always been nice.

Fine dining. Hmmmmm...

I've eaten in several highly rated establishment, Zagat and Michelin ratings, all across the globe. At Disney, only 2 places are up to very high standards in my opnion.
