:) Hi all. I will be arriving to the World in September. My family and I have been several times however have never found time to fit in Finding Nemo The Musical. I'm wondering if anybody has any idea how early we will need to line up for the show to get a seat. We will be in Animal Kingdom on Sunday Sep 16th. Thanks for any help.

We did 45 minutes early and got the first row in the upper section but people where still coming in up to 15 minutes before the show. I agree with the above posts, 30-45 minutes so you get a good seat and your party can all sit together.

30 mins to get a good seat, 15 mins you should be able to get seated on the ends/sides. They are good about having people push together (make a new friend with your neighbor...) so they can fit more people in.

Agreed with all the above posts re: times. Really just getting there 10 minutes before you can probably get a seat, but it won't be a great one.

I know some folks have said you want to sit in the middle toward the back grouping of seats but our favorite spot is right against the stage walkway on the left side (so your right side is against the walkway). Picture it like a stage with a runway coming out of the middle. Sitting against that runway can be a lot of fun. It's a fantastic view of the stage and you get an up close and personal view of so many of the characters when they come out. This last trip my son was "attacked" by Bruce... absolutely hilarious and wonderful memory!

We need time for things to happen.
We're not much of a "show" type family, but occassionaly I will do one here or there.
The "show" type attractions I have done, I've always been relatively pleased with (flights of wonder, little mermaid) and they are a good break from the running around from ride to ride.
Our kids are 12 and 16 and we've been going 7 years running... I'm thinking we should just starting biting the bullet and experiencing a few more of these shows like Nemo and Lion King...

the show is great!!! when we did it last, I'm pretty sure we ate somewhere and got special seats in front. (similar to fantasmic dinner package). Do they still do that or I am just imagining this? If they do, thats an option. We have never waited long for shows with our kids (9 and 7) and always had pretty good seats. But again, I'm thinking we did tusker house, then Nemo show with seats. check into that. if I'm wrong, then so sorry.

here, got this from allears website:

Reserve a seat for Finding Nemo - The Musical! Anyone booked for lunch at Tusker House between 1:00pm and 1:40pm will receive a ticket for reserved seating at the Finding Nemo 3:15pm show. Only reservations between 1:00pm and 1:40pm qualify. One ticker per person dining.

I agree with this! My son LOVES this show (and so do I!), so the last time we saw it, we grabbed an ice cream cookie sandwich from Dino-Bites, and got in line about 45 minutes before showtime. By the time we finished our snack, it was almost time to go inside. We sat right up against the runway, and at the end of the show, Nemo came over and said hi to my son. He was thrilled! :D

Everytime i have gone it hasnt been packed. I was able to stroll in 15min before and have no one beside me. I was siting right infront of the walkway on the side but still in the middle of the room. Depends on what time you go and what season really. Summer months i would say be 30 min early.

We went to the last show of the day in May and we walked in about 10 minutes til showtime and we chose to sit down really close. We had great seats. But if you wanna sit back further I'd suggest like 20-30 mins beforehand.

As others have said, 30-45 minutes. The first show typically has a little later-arriving crowd, so you probably have a bit more leeway if you hit that one.

I'm with you, not generally into the shows. But my husband is and the groups of friends that I've been going with lately are big show fans. I will sit through the shows at their request, and at the end, every single time, I say, "wow, that was worth it." So here I am, nudging you, bite the bulllet and enjoy the shows, you wont be disappointed.

yup that's exactly what I needed a nudge from a 'non-show' person. And again like we both said...at the end of the shows I always end up pleased that I did it.
I just talked to the wife we're rocking this one out and possibly the lion king next trip.
