Rumor Figment, well, to be replaced by Figment

Compared to the warehouses they build now, the UoE building is probably built like a bunker. If anything it's probably extremely hard to work with to make the coaster fit. That's why I'm surprised they kept it.

These original Epcot buildings were purpose built for the attractions they housed versus the "we can put anything in to here" boxes that get tossed up. Not that there's anything truly wrong with that approach but when you have a building that practically sits on stage, I feel it should look better from all angles.
It is more substantial than what is typically built now, but there are other issues with making a new attraction fit in an older building. And quite right.

Hopefully we get what we want on Sunday.
Everybody cross your fingers and chant "One Little Spark" or "Imagination" once Sunday occurs.

There's no reason for Magic Eye to go away. It is a great sized theatre that can be used as a big people-eater... Given the right attraction! I've always believed that Magic Eye should house a 4D thrilling theatre similar to the style of the Jimmy/Despicable Me attraction at Universal... Themed to Figment and Dreamfinder, in a Mickey's Philharmagic kind of way... With random scenes like in Star Tours.

Oh for sure. Just looking at it from only a IT perspective but the entire job of removing old infrastructure in a building that old with poor access to parts of it would be a massive job for what would be seen to most execs as little reward.

My airport is actually going to demo the landside terminal and build brand new because it's only slightly more then doing a heavy refurb of it. I can't blame them at all.

Maybe they could find a way to bring back the "Magic Journeys" song with that idea.

That is fair. But that doesn't mean the space should be removed. It just means it should be utilized properly.
id loooove to see them make it fully interactive. theres so many things that theater can do. doesnt even have to be figment or Dreamfinder there, just something that breeds imagination.

Imagine if The Muppets lab with Bunsen and Beaker relocated their lab to the Imagination pavilion, to do experiments specifically on Imagination. They create a machine (going back to the despicable me ride system idea) that can travel inside the minds of tourists... Could be very humorous, and interactive with the audience. Cameras set up similarly to Laugh Floor Comedy Club. "This is our next victim" the simulations go inside his brain and theres just a bunch of paperwork and responsibilities... So Beaker uses different tools to get his fun imagination side going...

Stuff like that. I feel like a Muppets lab would be a perfect fit for Epcot. Could even have an interactive muppets lab area.. As well as the Muppets Mobile Lab relocating to outside the theatre entrance.

Would give the muppets a much better use, than whats left at HS. As a huge Muppets, and even deeper JIm Henson fan, im in.
