According to the Disney website, the last week of February 24-29 has lower guest attendance than other weeks. Has anyone been there during this time and how have the crowds been?

We have gone that week it has been moderately busy but not crazy. You will have a wait.

we hve been there during the end of Feb. in the past and it's been ok,but the absolute best time of year if you want the least crowds is the last 2 weeks of Sept.,I went during Sept. and it was almost like a ghost town. even the other theme parks like universal, we did EVERYTHING in both parks in 1 day!!! that was fun but I sure couldn't do that now with a 1 year old!! but if you decise to go then have fun we will be ther 2 weeks b4 you. But at least you will have SE and splash mountain when you go. have fun!!:sohappy:

Good Time

We went during that timeframe in 2006. We liked it so much that we are going back at the same time during 2008. It was far less crowded than our previous trips during the school vacation in April. However, there will still be a little waiting for the big attractions (TOT, Space Mtn, Splash, etc.). Hit them early in the day (thanks Len...ding) and you should have a great time!

We are going the 1st week of Febuary, and that's when we went before. There aren't to many crowds. The most we waited I think was 20-30 minutes for a ride, but for the popular ones like Space Mountain.

We went February 23- March 4 this year and it was great. The first few days were crowded but after that we walked on most rides over and over. I think the kids ended up doing Space 8 or 9 times in a row, walking right back on. We liked it so much we are doing it again this February.

President's Day is February 18th so the crowds that week will be horrible (been there, done that!) .

My sis and I have been the end of Jan through the first 2 weeks of Feb and we felt like we owned the park! YAY! I am sure I have been at the end of Feb but since I don't write down the dates I go, and I do go frequently, I really can't recall accurately.
