February Planning

We're planning a February visit to WDW and trying to find information about events that might help us decide which dates to book. Where would I find information about what history has shown we might see in February - things like sporting events (e.g. marathons), tour groups, school competitions (e.g. cheerleading), special park celebrations, etc?

There is a 1/2 women's marathon end of Feb. Sounds like you don't have children or need to worry about days off. The beginning of Feb is value season and discounts up to 35% off as well as free dining offer is available. The parks will be pretty empty and there are stage shows, live entertainment thoughout the parks.

If I had the flexibility I'd go when I can save the most money and have the least crowds and wait times on attractions. Just my 2 cents

The only time I've heard that may be a bit crowded is President's week, since kids have off of school that week.

Though, if you wanted to plan it around meeting some fellow WDWMagic'ers... my BF and I'll be there the week before. :wave: :lol:

Presidents week in February, the baton twirlers are invading. They have offers to stay in the value resorts. They are also doing parades in MK and Epcot.
