Sentimentally i love "You Can Fly" from Peter Pan as it was my favorite as a kid, however, the entire score of Fantasmic is amazing, so I will go with that. I love getting to hear it when playing putt putt at Fantasia Garden which we always do one night while there.

Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow! I use it as a caller tune and you will be shocked how often people demand to know what the name of that saong is.

Tapestry of Nations is beautiful and a definite favorite, but Grim Grinning Ghosts is a close second. I love how it's been re-interpreted for rides like Phantom Manor and how the mood of the song changes throughout the HM so perfectly. The Innoventions loop always brings me right back to EPCOT!
Lastly, not from WDW specifically, but I absolutely adore "Compass of Your Heart" from Sinbad's Storybook Voyage from DisneySEA.
