Monorail, of course. I just about have the speil memorized. Por favor mantenganse alejado de las puertas! (I really need to put that on a tee shirt, lol.)

Second would be the friendship boats from Epcot. Oh, and the boat I took from the Magic Kingdom to the Wilderness Lodge.

Great choice, those are the motor cruisers, names: Castaways (white and blue), Bon Voyage (white and yellow) and Mermaid I (white and light green), BTW there is no Mermaid II or III, so why is there a Mermaid I, I'm not allow to tell you....shhhh:lookaroun :lookaroun

Ditto on the monorail.

The buses and boats are always pumping out smelly exhaust besides being not as prompt as the monorail is!

Also remember that the monorail pumps out big smelly exhaust back at the coal fired power plant in Tampa, FL.

right, but not nearly as much. actual power plants are much more efficent and clean than busses and boats.

Actually the monorails are very inefficient. It would be far better in all respects if the monorails were diesel powered. There is a great loss of power (and increase in pollution) when fossil fuels burned in a remote power plant are then transmitted by long distance power lines to the consumptive source. That is the reason why you don't see very many electric trains or trolley cars in the United States. They are very expensive to operate and they pollute far more than buses, boats, trains etc. per passenger mile. Had Walt's dreams come true...well that's for another time.

"Aloha and Welcome Aboard!" This phrase starts our vacations as we board the monorail at the Poly to head to the MK. It is almost as important to us as "Have a Magical Day!"

Go Monorails. 2nd choice would be the boat that takes you from MK to Grand Floridian then to the Poly. 3rd would be boat from DTD to POR and 4th would be the buses.

As I said in another post, I miss the Sky Ride!! :( But my second choice is the Tram for two reasons --
1) when it takes you there, you have that anxious feeling of anticipation when you're ready to begin a magical day!!
2) when it takes you back to your car, it's quiet, gives you time to rest, and lets you collect all your magical memories from the day.
:so happy:
