Off set he has a grufty voice shown here...This little guy on Splash Mountain. I call him "Creamy man" i don't know why haha. I love his voice. It sounds soft and creamy if that makes sense.

I think we have all become completely desensitized and that is why the magnificent Na’vi are under appreciated in Na’vi River Journey.

We nickname him Captain Serious.
Mine, too. I believe that they are the “movie critics” from Sesame Street.

Audio-animatronics figures are expensive, so the Disney Company found that they could do "value creation" by re-using the expressive robotic husks in other attractions. Thomas Jefferson from Epcot's American Adventure pops up as the sheriff on the balcony shooting at the bank robbers in the Western scene of the Great Movie Ride. Several pirates who had escaped from the Caribbean can be glimpsed in the gangster scene just moments earlier.
While some may wonder how former U.S. Presidents stay busy after their term in office, Spaceship Earth demonstrates that they are recruited to perform new roles wearing new wardrobes.
Here is the 1982 WED Enterprises/Imagineering list of re-used Audio-Animatronics figures in Spaceship Earth:

I'll say the hippos in Jungle Cruise. They're simple but the bobbing up and down in the water really makes me smile.
