Not sure if you can count these as animatronics, the CTX Rover ride vehicles on Dinosaur (and Indy). I do as each is programmed to act in certain manners at specific points on the (very smooth) path. The best part is we get to ride them.

The last Mr. Blue Bird on Splash Mountain as always been a favorite for me. Although, it took them for every to fix him and I heard from a friend of mine he might be broken again. *sigh*
