Favorite thing to do - not in the parks

I hope I'm not repeating a thread (I'm not so good with the search). What is your favorite thing to do at WDW that is not in the parks? Mine is the campfire sing-a-long with Chip and Dale at Fort Wilderness Campground. Any others?

DTD, while there people watching, and head over to The AC for a good laugh. Someday the wife and I can see what happens after 9pm. :animwink: But until the sons can be trusted by themselves it ain't happening.
