Which is your favorite Space Mountain overlay. Personally I prefer no overlay but if I had to then HyperSpace Mountain is the best.

I agree about having no overlay, and I've only ridden with no overlay or Hyperspace. By default my favorite overlay has to be Hyperspace

Ghost Galaxy is the most fun for me. With that said, I don't know if I'd want it year round. I think the original has the repeatability factor going for it.

It's been a while, but the original 2005 refurb version was pretty cool when the asteroid was actually still lit up. It's still there, but you'd never know it. I'd love to see it like that again. I think they turned the lighting off because it was too bright, but I seem to remember digging it.

Edit: Found some pics here:

I prefer the regular non-overlay version, but wish they'd incorporate some of the special effect placements/projections used by Hyperspace and Ghostly Galaxy.

It's funny they say it was too bright but the Hong Kong version is exactly the same and has the asteroid lite up. It even has more projections than we saw in 2005. Give me Hong Kong's current version.

I didn’t think I would like it but I really enjoy Hyperspace. The battle scenes are fun and how can you not like hearing the Star Wars theme on the opening lift?

Why hasn't this been talked about yet?

What's wrong with the Nintendo 64? I love that system. Mario 64, Golden Eye. Good stuff. Beats the heck out of the Wii U.

Lol I loved it too. Don't forget Ocarina of Time, Mario Kart, Donkey Kong Country, Diddy Kong Racing, Banjo kazooie, Turok, Shadows of the Empire, Rogue Squadron, Pod Racers etc.. I played the heck out of N64 from 1996-2000. In fact, it was the last gaming system ( do we still call it that these days) that I ever owned.

I just expect better on an E ticket at Disneyland in 2016.
