I have a whole variety of songs from metal to rap (which I don't really like either, but I can run to a few old school songs) , but I also have a Disney playlist. I'm a big fun of a certain tempo and I think that's the whole point of running music....to fit your pace

Go the Distance from Hercules, Almost There from the Princess & Frog and Let It Go, from

So, how many of you, that listen to music while you run, also sing while you run? I am sorry, but I though it was hilarious, during the marathon in January, a runner was just cruising along, and singing away, to a tune only he could hear.

Back in '06 for the half and marathon they played music from "Hyper techno Disney" (CD available on amazon for $55) throughout the parks - popular songs from animated Disney movies with a techno/dance remix. I guess since then they have put out some other ones.
