I dont run but do excersize on an eliptical and treadmill (if that counts) but Im a rock n roll kinda girl... normally anything Aerosmith, Billy Squier (Everybody Wants You) or Let it Rock by Kevin Rudolf
One Little Spark the original the best warm up or wake up music, gets my blood moving. I have loved Aerosmith since the 70s ( first saw them in 78) When I get home they're even better because I always have a good memory of rockin roller coaster!I know music drives me when I am running, nothing like getting lost in the music I'm listening to when I'm on a run! What are some of everyone's favorites songs to run to?
God bless you someone has to do it. Don't mind me I have a 10 yr old. This is painful to admit, but when my legs are burning and I fell like I can't run another step I put on Baby, yes Justin Beiber.
When I did listen to music when I ran, I would listen to musical scores or classical (I love Hans Zimmer, Thomas Newman). I tried listening to bands or artist and it turned into noise pollution after 45 minutes or so. No matter who the artist. After I got dependent on listening to musical scores and got to an event and my shuffle wasnt working, I went sans music from then on.
It is amazing the music of nature. I hear so much which leads to my visuals seeing so much more. I know it comes off cheesy to some, but wind, water and animals make so many interesting sounds.I can't run with music, I've tried but I much prefer the sound of the birds and the music in my head. lol
