hmmmm... dont know if I could pick just one, but..

Epcot:

Le Cellier is always really good.

Tappenyakki is a place I ALWAYS get a PS for, every time I go.

Le Chef de France I just went to the first time my last time down, and let me tell you it was outstanding, plus our waitress tried to teach us french, she was awesome.

I dont know , can pick just one.

As for Boardwalk and Swan and Dolphin,

Todd English Bluezoo, save your money and go elsewhere, not worth it.

Shula stakehouse, save ALOT of money and go here, REALLY GOOD!!!!!!

for the people who like asian food,(like me!), try Kimonos in the Swan, the best sushi on property, bar none.

Well, I'm a fan of Morrocco (both the quick service cafe and Marrakesh) and Mexico's San Angel.

As for the boardwalk area, I am a big supporter of Spoodles and Flying Fish. Beaches and Cream is also nice for a quick bite.

Least Favorite: Nine Dragons. Overpriced chinese takeout.

So far, I have eaten at the following restaraunts in EPCOT:

The burger joint in the USA pavillion
Mexico
Norway
Germany

For scenery, I would go with Mexico...unless you count the hottie that waited on us at Germany. But I'm married, so I guess I can't count that. :D

Foodwise, I guess Germany.

But next year, I hope to eat at Coral Reef, Garden Grill and the Italy restaraunt, so I may have a clear favorite at that time.

I agree with many of the recommendations so far. Tappenyakki, Mexico, Le Cellier, Rose and Crown in EPCOT. On the boardwalk, I also agree wholeheartedly with Spoodles (breakfast was not nearly as good as dinner). Off the boardwalk, I would strongly suggest the Fresh Mediterranean Market in the Dolphin. We've only been there once, but we loved it. It's kind of off the beaten path, which made it a nice little adventure. Only problem is that they don't take the Disney Dining Club, but it was great anyway. (I liked it MUCH better than American night at Gulliver's.)

As for the WS, (I'll note that we've never been to Le Cellier [but we're going this fall]) Chefs de France is GREAT cuisine...not only a good place to eat, but VERY in line in what we get at our favorite french restaurant at home...(we live in New Orleans and our favorite french place, Cafe Degas, is great and has sentimental value as it was our first date place......Chefs de France is very comparable)

We love the Rose and Crown...someone has to get the cheese board.....someone has to get fish and chips.....as there is too much food for any one person to eat at any one restaurant, you will be able to order a variety of foods on the plan to make up for your lack of choice regarding either serving...

As for the restaurant in Italy (Alfredo's).....my wife-to-be (who is of italian heritage) was extemely disappointed....in fact, so was I....I give every restaurant at Disney the "too many folks don't understand" discount....however, though our wait (after sit-down) wasn't very long, the food was not spectacular...
I hate to downgrade any EPCOT restaurant....but Alfredo's wasn't worth while the last time we were there....(go to Mama Melrose in MGM instead)...

I hope this helps.....

My favorite is the Coral Reef by far. A table by the tank is fantastic, you cant beat that kind of view. People seem to have had bad food but we have had good meals every time.

I used to love Coral Reef. I have never had bad food there. The tank is amazing. But since the last time they redecorated, it is so noisy in the restaurant that I can't enjoy myself! It was easily the loudest sit down meal (non-character) that we had on our last trip. We literally had to yell if we wanted the person at the other end of the table to hear us. (We were a party of 7.) The food and view were awesome, but it was ruined by the noise level.

(Jeez, I'm crabby today. Complaining about Coral Reef, complaining about the fast service in the Land. . . Sorry! :( )

For atmosphere we love San Angel Inn in Mexico and have eaten there every trip. However the food is just so-so IMO. Not as good as some of our local places and much pricier.
