I miss the old space mountain que, Ive always like PoC, BTMRR,and Splash.

Love the old Space Mountain queue and the old old exit too! With the kid and his dog taking your video!

I know I'm in the minority here, but my boys enjoyed the new interactive queue @ BTMRR.

I can't believe I'm admitting this but I didn't know about the change in this queue. What's new here?

That's a good start. I can agree on 3 of them. I won't see the new Test Track until September so I'll give that one the benefit of the doubt (for the moment at least).

Pirates hands down, The look, the feel, the smells and of course the music. When ever I hear that flute piping those yo ho, oh so familiar melody I am instantly transporter back there!!! ToT is amazing in detail and feel. HM is in my top 3 as well. But Potc has it all!

Ahhh the ride queue! The one thing i think that everyone can agree Disney can still consistently do better than anyone, (although uni knocked it out of park with fj)
There are so many awesome queues in the World. Here are a few i like:

POTC - for nostalgia alone this one gets high marks - its so ingrained in my memory every turn envokes memories!
TOT - for total immersiveness unbeatable
SM - crazy atmospheric space music (reminds me of something Radiohead would do off of OK computer or kid A)
HM - creepy coolness? Yes!! (Although the new interactive queue area takes away from it a bit)

I think if i had to choose ToT would win.

PotC queue was my favorite but the new little mermaid ride has the best queue now (better than the ride itself even - lol). Especially the large painting right before you get on the ride.

OK, you know what? I forgot about Mermaid. She can't trump my others, but it ranks up there after ToT, PotC and HM. But the awesomeness tops at the load ramp.

Haunted all the way... the detail is spot on... To think a lot of the detail was so original to what Disney was all about!

I couldn't agree more. They nailed it. Even with the newer interactive queue I still get that erie vibe. I love it. I like Ariel's Undersea Adventure too.

There are levers to turn, and birds show up through the "lens". The bricks light up and make a thunder noise. There are also "peep" shows w/ little "movies" to see. It's kinda cool.

I was talking with my best friend the other day and we were discussing Disney queues and how they are a key part to telling the story of an attraction. What are some of your favorite queues? Or...could you do without them and fast pass all the way leaving the queue behind?

My favorite que is anyone that has no one in it... OOPS! That's why we hire someone with a GAC and abuse the heck out of it..... LINES ARE FOR SUCKERS!!!!

Haunted Mansion
Star Tours
BTMRR
RnRC... I know it nothing spectacular but I love all the music memorabilia on the walls from the great rock bands... a music geek.

Splash Mountain... The music alone that plays in the queue makes it a fav of mine.
